i have braces and its really hard to keep my teeth white. i dont want to do whitening strips or products like that. any suggestions how i can whiten my teeth and keep them that way??
White teeth with braces??!!?
First of all, brush your teeth everyday, three times a day. Second of all, when I had braces, my orthodontist gave me ACT mouthwash to do everynight right befor I went to bed. After it, you can't eat or drink until you wake up. That should probably work. I've heard rubbing strawberries on your teeth works too, but I've never tried it.

Reply:I asked the same question and do like pink braces or a somewhat light color...it makes your teeth look whiter
And also I only brushed my teeth twice a day
But now I do it four
in the morning, after school, after dinner, right b4 i go to bed...
That makes it loooook reallllllly white!!!

then use toothpaste
Follow with a good mouthwash
and you're good to go!
