i want to know for all the people who drank HEAPS of soda, how many cans a day did you drink to get those squares on ur teeth after braces?? like 5 cans or something??
How much soda did you drink to get stains on ur teeth after braces?
i drank about 1 soda a day when I had braces, big mistake, I got little white stains on the corners of two teeth. I dont drink much soda anymore.
Reply:Uh I didn't get stains.... and I drank a lot of soda..... I also drank coffee too.... my mom only kept soda and coffee in the house... i was 14-17

5 cans??? You are talking about none fixed braces right?!
Then you shouldnt have any stains on your teeth!
Reply:I had braces for five years and didn't get a single stain, and I drank and ate what I wanted including soda and coffee.
