Most of the time, toothache, people with braces complain of, is the type that's caused by movements of teeth.
If that's the case, does more severe toothache mean more active movements of teeth, and thus quicker end of braces hell?

YUP....you just answered your own question :) it doesn't necessarily mean that you will get your braces off quicker; there might be more teeth that need to be moved around in different places. Usually your Ortho will give you an estimate on how long you'l have you your braces for. I had mine for 2 years where as my friend had hers for 4.....so its just depends
Reply:Yeah it could mean that your teeth are moving more and if they are then it could mean that you will get your baces off sooner. Some peoples teeth move more qwickly than others so your pain might mean that your teeth will staiten out faster.
