I believe that I only need braces on my top teeth.
my bottom teeth are straight, and my top teeth ONLY have A SLIGHT PROBLEM.
My top front tooth SLIGHTLY overlaps the other top tooth. Nothing major.
How long do you think I would have them on for and how much money would it cost for top teeth only?
Time and cost for braces ( My teeth )?

Reply:Orthodontists will not put braces on your upper teeth only- they have to be on the top and bottom. Find a dentist that will do a free give you a free consultation- go to a few doctors. it might cost a lot- mine do- but its going to be worth it when I get them of in 3 months! Good Luck- I've had mine on for 3 years- and my teeth were not that bad- depends on how old you are.
Reply:probably about 2-3 years and they are pretty expensive
Reply:I had braces on my bottom teeth for 6 months before they put any on my top. Once the top ones went on I had them on for just over a year.
cost 4500$ about 8 yrs ago
Reply:Well i know someone who had that same problem. just one tooth that did that and he got braces only on his top teeth and he only had them for 8 months!! Im not sure how much they would be cuz we have dental insurance paying for it (my teeth are THAT bad.lol)
But yeah it really depends on your teeth and your orthadontists. hope everything goes fine. :)
Reply:Most likely they will do it to your top and bottom just to make sure your top aligns properly over your bottom. It'll take abt 2 yrs (yours might be less) and the cost is about $4000. I'm getting mine done soon and I'll be getting alot more work done - baby teeth extraction :( Lucky you!!
Reply:The amount of money out of your pocket depends primarily on 2 things: Who does your braces and what coverage you have. In your case, a general dentist would be able to help you out, which will save you a lot. Second, look into discount savings programs such ash DentalBraces4Less for additional immediate savings.
