Teeth braces?

is it possible around the cheshire area to have like clear braces,or hidden braces fitted to adults teeth and roughly what sort of cost would i be looking at? i no it all depends on the severity of teeth but just inquiring in what places do such work in the cheshire area!! i live near chester so if possible is there any clinincs that do such work?

Teeth braces?
I had clear braces removed last year, they cost £2500 but that included a lot of prep work first. My friends were £2000. Worth every penny though i LOVE my new smile. I made an appointment with my dentist and she referred me, think you need a referrel anyway so go along and ask, it has done wonders for my confidence.
Reply:I had braces on the NHS and my Authodontist (?) told me that if I had gone privately it would have cost me about £2500.

I had the fixed "train track" type big braces lol. I liked 'em though, I had colourful bands put on 'em, they were cool!!

I think you can get clear ones.

Dunno about hidden ones.

If your teeth aren't too bad you could get a retainer which you can take in and out which is great for just wearing at night for example.

But as for where to go to get them put in - I don't know sorry.

Your regular Dentist will tell you though.
Reply:I recently investigated adult braces - the orthodontist I saw offered me some amazing braces that fit BEHIND the teeth so no one can see you wearing them at all. They are just as effective as traintracks, but way more expensive. Up to £5k all in for uppers and lowers. If you've got the funds, it's a great option. Don't know if they do that around you, but check it out.
Reply:invasaline if thats how you spell it. Try about 5000 to 6000 bucks
Reply:If you go to our message board, you will find lots of people in the UK who have braces and could answer your question.

I think that the cost of braces in the UK is about the same as it is in the USA, which is roughly $5,000 US for a normal 2-year treatment. That of course will be different if you have NHS treatment done instead of private.
Reply:You want to check out Invisilign braces, cost a bit more than regular but totally invisible try www.invisilign.com no list of dentists but you could try googling "invisilign chester"
